Public Informational Meeting on Proposed Lost Hills Environmental Waste Facility Permit Revision

A public informational and disadvantaged communities meeting will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2026, from 5-6 PM (virtual via Microsoft Teams or phone) to discuss a proposed revision to the Full Solid Waste Facility Permit for the Lost Hills Environmental Waste Facility at 14045 Holloway Road, Lost Hills, CA 93249.

The proposed permit changes would add a Materials Recovery Facility, extend the facility’s closure date, and modify permitted tonnage and traffic volumes. The meeting, required under California regulations, gives the community an opportunity to learn about the project, ask questions, and provide input before regulatory decisions are made.
