DENNIS FRENCH

As Chairman and Managing Director of The Holloway Group, Dennis has specialized in the development and management of real estate investments, real estate brokerage, property management, investment consulting, and land banking activities. These include, but not limited to, the sale of undeveloped land to builders/developers, zoning and processing of proposed projects, financing projects, and property management.

Dennis has been a principal and general partner in numerous partnerships that have been involved in various residential, commercial and industrial developments. Including condominium conversions, business parks, shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings, freestanding industrial buildings, a marina project, apartment and residential buildings, plus numerous freestanding restaurant projects.

With an extensive background in real estate appraisal and finance, he spent six years with Investors Diversified Services Mortgage Company (IDS) and Allstate Insurance Mortgage Company specializing in appraisal, loan portfolio underwriting, and investment analyst on multi-million dollar projects. Dennis’ institutional experience culminated by early 1970’s as the National Commercial Loan Manager and Vice President of Allstate Mortgage in charge of all commercial lending, joint ventures, and construction lending and was approved by the Federal National Mortgage Association for planned unit developments in over 36 states.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business, California State University at Los Angeles and Real Estate Certificate from the University of California at Los Angeles.

As a developer/builder, Dennis has been involved in over 1,000,000 square feet of real estate construction which is valued at over $100 Million. Dennis was born and raised in Southern California, and currently resides in Reno, Nevada with his wife and two children.
